摘要 目的:评价口腔医学本科生见习期间进行模拟接诊训练的效果。方法:在内蒙古医学院口腔医学专业本科2002、2003和2004连续3个年级的学生中,各选16人(共48人)为研究对象,分别进行3次临床模拟接诊训练。由训练时模拟病人的带教老师予以评分,最后对3次模拟训练得分和3个年级得分分别进行比较分析;并经问卷调查,以评价模拟接诊训练前后病人对见习医生满意度的差异。结果:3次模拟考试学生得分比较,第1次<第2次<第3次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);而3个年级间得分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);3次接诊满意度调查满意率比较,第1次<第2次<第3次,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床见习模拟接诊训练,有助于提高见习医学生诊治口腔疾病的实践技能以及与病人的沟通能力,为进入临床实习和毕业后工作打好扎实的基础。 AIM:To evaluate the effect of training of analogous reception during clinical education of dental clerk students. METHODS : In this study, a total of forty - eight students were chosen from inner Mongolia medical college. Among whom sixteen dental students were from the grade of 2002, sixteen from the grade of 2003 and sixteen from the grade of 2004. They were trained analogous reception respectively for three times. During training , teachers simulated patients and scored and analysed the final points of the three times analogous receptions and three grades analogous receptions respectively. A questionnaire survey was did to evaluate the differences in satisfaction of the patients. RESULTS : After respective comparison of the three training scores, difference of each time showed the rule of the first time 〈 second time 〈 third time. All the difference had statistical significance(P 〈 0.01,95% ). The scores of three grades comparison were no statistical significance ( P 〉 0.05 ). The rate of three satisfactory surveys had statistical significance. It was the first time 〈 second time 〈 third time, (P 〈0. 017). CONCLUSION: Clinical training of analogous reception could helpe the students to improve practical skills of diagnosis and treatment of oral diseases and the ability of communication with patients. Which also could helpe the students to make a good firm foundation for further clinical practice and work after graduated.
