摘要 目的探讨整形外科研究生临床带教中人文关怀和沟通缺失问题,研究戴明循环(PDCA)循环如何提升整形外科学生临床教学质量。方法对在徐州医科大学整形外科学生制定计划(Plan)、实践(Do)、评价(Check)、反馈与纠正(Action)的PDCA增进措施,以提升带教水平。结果2017—2019年间,对临床带教15名研究生和该科实习生进行考核,临床教学效果指标的通过率均为100%。结论PDCA循环途径可以有效解决目前整形外科学生重实践操作轻人文关怀的问题。 Objective To explore the lack of humanistic care and communication in the clinical teaching of plastic surgery postgraduates,and to study how the PDCA cycle can improve the quality of clinical teaching of plastic surgery students.Methods PDCA promotion measures including plan,do,check and action were made for the students of plastic surgery in Xuzhou Medical University,so as to improve the teaching level.Results from 2017—2019,15 postgraduates and undergraduate interns were assessed,and the pass rate of clinical teaching effect indicators was 100%.Conclusion PDCA cycle can effectively solve the problem that plastic surgery students attach importance to practice and neglect humanistic care.
