分析PDCA循环法应用在颌面外科护理带教中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析PDCA循环法应用在颌面外科护理带教中的价值。方法从该院颌面外科随机选取2019年1月—2020年1月实习的护理实习生54名作为该次研究对象,使用随机数字表法分组方法进行分组,应用传统教学法教学的护理实习生作为参照组,应用PDCA循环法教学的护理实习生作为实验组。对比两组护理实习生应用不同教学模式教学后的理论知识成绩、实践操作技能成绩、文书书写成绩、教学满意度以及护理实习生进行护理后的患者满意度。结果在对颌面外科护理实习生使用不同教学方式教学后,实验组护理实习生的理论知识成绩为(57.15±2.17)分、实践操作成绩为(17.52±1.94)分、文书书写成绩(17.08±1.00)分均优于参照组护理实习生的理论知识成绩为(49.46±2.31)分、实践操作成绩为(11.06±1.88)分、文书书写成绩(10.84±0.93)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生的教学满意度为92.59%,高于参照组护理实习生的教学满意度70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理实习生进行护理后的患者满意度为88.89%,高于参照组护理实习生进行护理后的患者满意度62.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环法进行教学能够丰富护理实习生理论知识,锻炼护理实习生的实践操作技能,提高教学满意度,临床使用价值较高。 Objective To analyze the value of PDCA circulation method in maxillofacial surgery nursing teaching.Methods 54 nursing interns who practiced from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected from the hospital's maxillofacial surgery as the subjects.They were divided into groups using the random number table method.Nursing interns who used traditional teaching methods were used as the reference group,and those who used the PDCA cycle method were used as the experiment group.Compared the theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation skills scores,writing scores,teaching satisfaction,and patient satisfaction of nursing interns after applying different teaching modes in the two groups of nursing interns.Results After using different teaching methods for maxillofacial surgery nursing interns,the experiment group of nursing interns had scores of(57.15±2.17)points in theoretical knowledge,scores in practice and operation(17.52±1.94)points,and scores in writing(17.08±1.00)points,better than the reference group of nursing interns with theoretical knowledge scores of(49.46±2.31)points,practical operation scores of(11.06±1.88)points,and writing scores of(10.84±0.93)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the teaching satisfaction rate of the nursing interns in the experiment group was 92.59%,which was higher than that of the reference group of 70.37%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the nursing interns'nursing in the experiment group of the patients'satisfaction rate of 88.89%,which was higher than the patient satisfaction rate of nursing interns in the reference group 62.96%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle method can enrich the theoretical knowledge of nursing interns,exercise the practical skills of nursing interns,and improve teaching satisfaction degree,with high clinical value.
