基于微信平台的CBL联合视频教学在泌尿外科课程中的应用探索 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨基于微信平台的案例导向教学(Case Based Learning,CBL)联合视频教学在泌尿外科教学中的教学效果和可行性。方法随机选取蚌埠医学院2017级临床医学本科生两个班级为研究对象,分别为观察组67人和对照组65人。观察组实行基于微信平台的CBL联合视频教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。泌尿外科课程结束后,通过考核、自主学习能力及满意度评估评价教学效果。结果观察组学生病例分析及考核总成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01),但两组学生理论成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.146)。观察组学生自主学习能力高于对照组(P<0.01),主要表现在学习动机与计划和实施两方面。此外,观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于微信平台联合CBL和视频教学可改善教学效果,提高教学质量,值得推广应用。 Objective To detect the effect and feasibility of WeChat platform basedcase based learning(CBL)combined video teaching in urology teaching.Methods Two classes of undergraduate students of grade 2017 in Bengbu Medical College were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups,67 students in the observation group and 65 students in the control group.CBL combined video teaching mode based on WeChat platform was applied in the observation group and the traditional teaching mode was performed in the control group.After the urology course,the teaching effect was evaluated through examination,independent learning ability and satisfaction assessment.Results The total scores and case analysis scores were higher in observation group than those in control group(P<0.01),though there was no evident difference between two groups in theory examination(P=0.146).In addition,compared to the control group,the students in observation group presented better independent learning ability(P<0.01),which mainly was exhibited in two terms of learning motivation and planning and implementation.Furthermore,the satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions WeChat mediated CBL combined video teaching model improves the teaching effect and satisfaction,as well as enhances quality of teaching.It is deserved to be popularized and applied.
