摘要
目的调查社区老年心血管疾病患者用药差错的现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采取便利抽样法选取郑州市某社区120例老年心血管疾病患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和患者用药差错调查表进行问卷调查。结果120例老年心血管疾病患者用药差错总分为(22.76±3.35)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示,患者用药年限、月收入及服药种类是老年心血管疾病患者用药差错的影响因素。结论患者用药差错发生率较高。社区老年心血管疾病患者经济收入越低、服药种类越多、用药年限越长,其用药差错率越高,亟需社区医护人员针对不同人群采取针对性的干预措施,改善其用药差错现状,促进用药安全。
Objective To investigate the present situation of medication errors for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in communities and analyze its influencing factors.Method Choose 120 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in a community of Zhengzhou by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire and medication error questionnaire.Result The total score on medication error for 120 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases is(22.76±3.35).Multiple stepwise regression analysis shows that medication duration,monthly income and medication type are influencing factors of medication errors for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases in communities.Conclusion There is a high incidence of medication errors for patients.Elderly patients with lower income,more medication type and longer medication duration have higher incidence of medication errors.Corresponding measures need to be taken from medical staff in communities to reduce incidence of medication errors and improve patients’medication safety.
