摘要
目的了解浦东新区社区卫生服务中心医护人员对急救技能的培训需求,为制订相关的培训方案提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样法,对浦东新区20家社区卫生服务中心的327名医护人员进行问卷调查。结果全科医生培训内容需求列前3位依次为"心电图、医学影像等辅助检查的急诊判读"(136名,91.3%)、"急救设备的使用"(134名,89.9%)、"急性中毒的初步诊断和急救处理"(131名,87.9%);护士培训内容需求列前3位依次为"外伤止血、包扎、简易骨折固定、急救搬运"(171名,96.1%)、"急救设备的使用"(170名,95.5%)、"急性心肌梗死的快速评估、治疗及护理"(168名,94.4%);医护人员对培训方式的选择均依次为情景模拟教学、学术讲座、远程网络授课、其他。结论浦东新区社区医护人员对急救技能的培训需求较大,应进一步完善针对性的培训方案,加强培训,更好地发挥社区卫生服务中心在急诊医疗服务体系中的基础性作用。
Objective To understand the training demands of medical staff of the Pudong New Area Community Health Service Center for first aid skills,and to provide a reference for the development of related training programs.Methods Using stratified cluster sampling method,we conducted a questionnaire survey on 327 medical staff of 20 community health service centers in Pudong New Area.Results The top 3 demands for general practitioners'training content are"emergency diagnosis of auxiliary examination such as ECG and Medical Imaging"(136,91.3%),"use of first aid equipment"(134,89.9%),"primary diagnosis and first aid of acute poisoning"(131,87.9%);The top 3 demands for community nurses'training content are"traumatic hemostasis,bandage,simple fracture fixation,emergency transportation"(171,96.1%),"use first aid equipment"(170,95.5%),"rapid assessment,treatment and care of acute myocardial infarction"(168,94.4%);medical staff's choice of training methods is in turn situational simulation teaching,academic lectures,remote network teaching and others.Conclusion The medical staff of the Pudong New Area has a great demand for training in first aid skills.A further improved targeted training plan should executed to strengthen the training to better utilize community health services'basic role in the emergency medical service system.
