摘要 为了适应超大采高综采面对管线安装高度、安装速度的要求,国家能源集团神东煤炭集团通过对超大采高工作面管线安装工艺、安装方式、安装速度的深入调研和分析,重新开发并应用了管道切割除锈刷漆一体机、管道自动焊接机、防爆管道吊运车、防爆预埋孔钻车、防爆升降平台车、防爆管道抓举车6种机电安装特种作业装备,详细介绍了6种装备的主要技术参数、结构组成与工作原理以及应用情况及效果。通过在国家能源集团神东煤炭集团上湾煤矿的实际应用表明,6种装备实现了超大采高工作面的管线的快速安装,保障了超大采高智能综采面的正常接续,取得了良好的应用效果。 In order to meet the requirements of pipeline installation height and installation speed of ultra-high fully mechanized mining face,through the in-depth investigation and analysis of pipeline installation technology,installation method and installation speed of ultra-high working face,redeveloped and applied six kinds of special equipment for mechanical and electrical installation,including pipeline cutting,rust removal and painting integrated machine,pipeline automatic welding machine,explosion-proof pipeline crane,explosion-proof embedded hole drilling vehicle,explosion-proof lifting platform vehicle and explosion-proof pipeline grab truck.The main technical parameters,structure composition,working principle,application and effect of the six kinds of equipmentwere introduced in detail.Through the practical application in Shangwan Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group,the six kinds of equipment had realized the rapid installation of pipelines in ultra-high working face,ensured the normal connection of ultra-high intelligent fully mechanized mining face,and achieved good application effect.
