摘要
采用药芯自保护焊技术,对Q420B建筑钢结构实施焊接,并进行了焊接接头的组织观察、拉伸、冲击和磨损试验。结果表明,焊接接头的抗拉强度达537.4 MPa、冲击功达54.8 J,冲击断口呈现较为明显的韧窝状延性断裂特征;磨损试验15 min后,磨损体积为28.8×10-3mm3。Q420B建筑钢结构药芯自保护焊接接头具有较好的抗拉伸、抗冲击和耐磨损性能。
Q420B architecture steel structure was welded by flux-cored self-shielded welding.The microstructure of the welding joint was observed and the tensile, impact and wear test were carried out. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joint is 537.4 MPa, the impact energy is 54.8 J, the wearing volume is 28.8x10-3 rnm3, and impact fracture has the character of obvious dimple fracture. The flux-cored self-shielded welded joint of Q420B architecture steel structure has better tensile property, impact property and wear resistance.
