摘要 针对上湾煤矿8.8m超大采高工作面在生产期间出现的煤壁片帮问题进行研究。将工作面的煤壁片帮类型分为机头段煤壁片帮和非机头段煤壁片帮两种,认为两种片帮的本质原因为煤层煤体硬度较大且所处地应力水平低;针对机头段煤壁片帮的原因认为作用在煤壁上的切向应力只是达到了煤壁单轴抗压强度的0.4倍,针对非机头段的煤壁片帮原因认为主要是顶板来压所致。结合生产实际情况,制定了合理收打支架护帮板及在支架架前设置近全断面的柔性网和铁栅栏的防护措施,两种方法在现场应用中防片帮效果良好,对于安全生产发挥了重要的作用。 The rib spalling in 8.8 m super-high mining face of Shangwan Coal Mine is studied,which is classified into two types:rib spalling in the head section and rib spalling in non-head section.It is considered that the essential reason for the two types of rib spalling is that the coal body hardness of the coal seam is large and the in-situ stress level is low.In the head section spalling,the tangential stress acting on the coal wall is 0.4 times of the uniaxial compressive strength of the coal wall;while in the non-head section of scraper,it is mainly caused by the roof weighting.Combining with the actual production situation,the protective measures are proposed,including reasonable use of coal wall protection plate of hydraulic support and setting up near full section flexible mesh and iron fence in front of the support.The two methods have achieved favorable anti-spalling effect in field application.
