摘要
针对神东矿区大柳塔煤矿超大采高综采工作面矿压显现强烈的问题,采用矿压实测对比、物理模拟和数值模拟方法,对超大采高综采工作面的来压特征以及覆岩关键层破断结构运移规律进行了研究。结果表明:主关键层位置是影响超大采高综采工作面矿压显现的一项主要因素,高位主关键层与煤层的间距越大,其破断运动对超大采高工作面的矿压显现影响越大;高位主关键层与其下部亚关键层发生同步破断时比单一关键层破断将传递更大的荷载,易引发超大采高综采工作面的强矿压显现;数值模拟得到神东中心矿区超大采高综采工作面高位主关键层影响矿压显现的临界高度为135 m。为类似条件下超大采高综采面的安全开采提供借鉴。
Aiming at the strong ground pressure behavior problem in super large-height fully mechanized working face in Daliuta Coal Mine in Shendong Mining Area,several methods were adopted,including site measurement,physical model,numerical simulation,to study the strong ground pressure characteristics and overburden key strata movement law.The results indicated that buried depth of primary key stratum was one of main cause of strong ground pressure behavior in super large-mining working face.The larger the distance between far-field key strata and coal seam,the severer the influence of far-field key strata movement on strong ground pressure behavior.The loading induced by synchronous breaking of far-field and near-field key strata was large than that induced by single key stratum,which tends to entail strong ground pressure behavior.Numerical simulation turned out that critical height of far-field key stratum that influences ground pressure behavior was 135 m in Shendong Mining Area.This research could provide a reference for safe mining in similar mining conditions.
