摘要
为实现煤矿工作面矿压规律的精准分析,提出了工作面区域矿压分析理论,明确了工作面矿压分析的区域概念、区域矿压显现特征参数及区域划分流程,从而提出了基于支架工作阻力大数据的工作面区域矿压分析技术。并以营盘壕矿2101工作面矿压分析为例,对工作面中部区域的单架和区域矿压规律进行对比分析,得到区域矿压分析结果与实际矿压规律吻合度较好,区域来压能反映区域内大部分单架的来压特征,基于支架工作阻力大数据的工作面区域矿压分析技术能够对工作面矿压规律进行精准分析。
In order to realize the accurate analysis of strata pressure law of working face in coal mine,the theory of regional pressure analysis in working face is put forward.The concept of regional mine pressure,the characteristic parameters of regional pressure appearance and the process of regional division are clarified.Thus,the regional mine pressure analysis technology in working face based on the big data of support working resistance is put forward.Taking the mine pressure analysis of 2101 working face in Yingpanhao Mine as an example,the author makes a comparative analysis of the single support and regional mine pressure law in the central part of the working face,and obtains that the regional mine pressure analysis results are in good agreement with the actual mine pressure law.The regional mine pressure can reflect the characteristics of most single support in the area,and the regional mine pressure analysis technology in working face based on the big data of support working resistance can accurately analyze the law of mine pressure in working face.
