摘要
在人类基因组草图完成之际,一批科学家迅速集结于国际人类蛋白质组组织(HUPO)旗下,启动"人类蛋白质组计划(HPP)"。近20年来,以鉴定和定量复杂体系中基因组编码全套蛋白质为核心的蛋白质组学技术获得了空前发展。在这篇文章中,我们将回顾HPP的发展历程和我国在蛋白质组学领域的最新进展,并简略讨论"蛋白质组学驱动的精准医学"的发展趋势和应用前景。
With the completion of the human genome sketch,a group of scientists quickly gathered under the International Human Proteome Organization(HUPO)to launch the Human Proteome Project(HPP).In the past 20 years,proteomics technology,which focuses on identifying and quantifying the whole set of proteins encoded by genome in complex systems,has achieved unprecedented development.In this paper,we will review the development of HPP and the latest progress in proteomics of China,and briefly discuss the development trend and application prospect of"proteomics driven precision medicine".
