摘要
根据《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》要求,我国公立医院实行党委领导下的院长负责制。这一领导体制的优越性如何体现?文章从领导体制和运行机制的基本概念入手,通过梳理新中国成立后公立医院领导体制的演变历程,探讨了公立医院章程制定的指导意义,从而阐述现代治理体系中坚持党的领导的重要性。
According to the requirements of Suggestions of Strengthening Party Construction of Public Hospitals,the dean’s responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee is implemented in public hospitals in China. How does the superiority of this leadership system manifest?Starting from the basic concepts of leadership system and operation mechanism,the paper analyzes the evolution of leadership system of public hospitals after the founding of new China,and studies the guiding significance of the constitution of public hospitals,so as to elaborate the importance of adhering to the leadership of the party in modern governance system.
