摘要
加强公立医院党建工作是全面深化医改、完善现代医院管理制度的必然要求。通过调查44所委属委管公立医院党建工作现状,分析存在的问题和原因,指出委属委管医院要高度重视党建工作,充分发挥党委的领导核心作用,加强基层党组织建设,以绩效考核为抓手推动党建工作,推进"健康中国"建设。
Strengthening the CPC construction in the public hospitals is necessary for deepening healthcare reform and establishing modern hospital management system.Through the investigation of the present situation of CPC construction of 44 NHC affiliated hospitals,the existing problems and corresponding reasons were analyzed. In order to promote the "Health China"construction,NHC affiliated hospitals should attach great importance on CPC construction,full play the key role of the CPC in the leadership,strengthen the CPC construction at the primary level and utilize the performance evaluation as a useful means to promote the full development of CPC construction.
