摘要
党建理论研究作为医院党建工作的重要内容,目前存在着一些不足。首都医科大学宣武医院党委通过开展党建理论征文、举办党建学术论坛、创办党建电子期刊、申报党建研究课题等措施,不断加强党建理论研究,促进了医院的建设和发展,促进了党支部工作的创新,促进了党务工作者和党员素质的提升。党建理论研究要坚持政治性、思想性、应用性,要形成长效机制,要注重成果转化。
Party-building theoretical research is an important aspect of CCP Party building in public hospitals, but there are some shortages in the research at present. The CCP committee of Xuan-Wu hospital Capital Medical University has taken a series of steps, which include carrying out Party-building theoretical essay writing activities, hosting Party-building academic forums, creating and operating electronic periodicals and declaring relevant subjects to strengthen Party-building theoretical research constantly, accelerate the development of hospital construction, stimulate the innovation of Party Branch work and elevate the Party workers and Party members' quality. Based on the practice and experience, it shows that carrying out the Party-building theoretical research should persist in political nature, ideology and applicability, form the persistent control-mechanism and lay stress on the conversion of theoretical research achievements.
