摘要
医院党务工作者是医院各项党建工作的直接承担者,党务工作者职业素养的高低,直接影响到党组织对优秀青年医生的吸引力及广大医务人员的成才路径。当前医院党务工作者面临重大的挑战;剖析医院党务工作者职业素养的主要内涵;设计医院党务工作者培养机制,并积极探索专职化的医院党务工作者培养模式,进一步提升医院党务工作者的职业素养。
Hospital party workers directly deal with hospital party t^lated affairs. Party workers＇ professional quality directly ilffluences the attraction of CPC for young doctor group and the careers fi^r all staffs. Great challenges of hospital party affair have been met in cun＇ent days. It is considered to analyze the contents of party workers＇ professional quality, design training mechanism and mode to further promote hospital party workers＇ professional quality.
