摘要
公立医院高质量发展必须坚持和加强党的领导。当前,在公立医院基层党组织党建与业务深度融合方面还存在较多难点和痛点。右江民族医学院附属医院经过多年实践探索,坚持落实“抓党建、促业务”的工作方针,不断增强全院基层组织战斗力、凝聚力和生命力,在公立医院党建与业务融合促进相关理论指导下建立了一套医院基层党建工作模式,为推动医院医教研管全面高质量发展提供保障。
The high-quality development of public hospitals must adhere to and strengthen the leadership of the Party.At present,there are still many difficulties and pain points in the deep integration of Party building and the business of grass-roots Party organizations in public hospitals.After years of practical exploration,the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University For Nationalities adheres to the work policy of"grasping Party building and promoting business",and constantly enhances the fighting force,cohesion,and vitality of the grassroots organizations of the whole hospital,and establishes a set of grassroots Party building model under the guidance of the theory of integrating the Party building and business of public hospitals to provide a guarantee for the comprehensive high-quality development of the hospital,including the promotion of medical education,research and management.It has established a set of hospital grass-roots Party building work models under the guidance of the theory of integration of Party building and business promotion in public hospitals,providing a guarantee for the promotion of hospital medical education,research,and management comprehensive and high-quality development.
