摘要
疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)是世界各国用来控制医疗费用不合理增长的重要工具。本文借助CiteSpace5.5.R2工具对中国知网(CNKI)期刊数据库中关于DRGs的医院绩效相关文献进行计量统计分析,得到结论:基于DRGs的公立医院绩效评价是学界、政界和业界关注的热点,相关指标在公立医院绩效评价中的应用将进一步拓宽,随着医疗保障制度改革的深化,基于DRGs的支付方式将成为主流。鉴于此,得到启示:加强推广基于DRGs的公立医院绩效评价;加强基于DRGs公立医院绩效评价的配套制度及其辅助机构建设;加强应用基于图谱的文献计量分析方法。
Disease diagnosis-related groups(DRGs)are important tools used to control the unreasonable growth of medical costs in the world.This paper uses CiteSpace5.5.R2 tool to measure and analyze the relevant literature of DRGs-based hospital performance in CNKI journal database,and gets the conclusion:DRGs-based performance evaluation of public hospitals is a hot topic in academia,politics and industry,and the application of relevant indicators in the performance evaluation of public hospitals will be further expanded.With the deepening of the reform of medical security system,DRGs-based payment will become the mainstream.In view of this,we can get enlightenment:to strengthen the promotion of DRGs-based public hospital performance evaluation;to strengthen the supporting system of DRGs-based public hospital performance evaluation and the construction of its supporting institutions;to strengthen the application of bibliometric analysis method based on atlas.
