摘要
分析了步进电动机存在初始速度和初始位置偏移时起动的失步机理。通过电机运动方程推导了存在初始速度和初始位置偏移的步进电动机转子位置函数,同时推导了在不同通电相下的步进电动机矩角特性函数。将该位置函数曲线与矩角特性函数曲线结合,分析了不同初始速度和位置对电机起动能力的影响以及失步原因。仿真与实验结果验证了该分析方法的合理性,同时提出了有效解决该种失步的方法。
The step-out mechanism of stepping motor during dynamic starting with initial velocity and position was analyzed.Rotor position function containing initial velocity and position was deduced through stepping motor motion equation,and torque-rotor position curves under excitation current of different phase were deduced as well.Combining these two function curves,the step-out reasons and influence of initial velocity and position could be analyzed.The theoretical analysis was validated by simulation and experiment results.The methods to solve this step-out problem are proposed.
