摘要
分析了步进电机产生低频振荡的原因,提出了一种新控制方法—脉宽调整法。通过用脉宽调整的办法改变步进电机电磁合力的大小、方向和作用时间,等效地扩大了动稳定区及增加阻尼,解决了低频振荡的难题。该方法非常实用,简单。
<Abstrcat>Stepping motor oscillation of low-frequency are analyzed in this paper.A new method which is called'method of pulse-width adjustement',is presented.The way of pulse-width adjustment which can change the size,the direction and the action time of the electromagnetic resultant force in the stepping motor.The dynamic stable area can be enlarged and the damp can be increased equivalently.The problem of the elimination the oscillation of low-frequency has been solved easily.This method is simple and valuable very much.
