摘要
应用叠加原理,将步进电动机稳态运行时的绕组电流分解成2个分量,并将运行转矩分解为与这2个电流相对应的2个分量,进而对其中的由旋转感应电压产生的短路制动转矩分量及其对电动机运行的作用进行了分析,对其计算公式进行了试验校核。文中的讨论有助于深入认识步进电动机的运行特性、控制规律及设计规律。
Using superimposure principle,the paper devides the windings currents of stepping motor into two components at its steady state,devides the operation torque into two components corresponding to that of currents,and then analyzes the short circuit retarding torque component produced by rotation induced voltage and its effect on the operation.In the paper experiment check is done on the calculating formulas. The discussion in the paper is helpful to have a good command of operation characteristics and the law of con- trol and design.
