心绞痛患者异常U波与冠状动脉病变的相关性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析心绞痛患者异常U波与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法:抽取郑州人民医院2017年11月至2019年11月收治的92例心绞痛患者,所有患者均进行24 h动态心电图监测与冠状动脉造影检查,根据患者心电图监测结果显示患者是否存在异常U波倒置分为正常组(U波正常)与异常组(U波倒置),比较患者冠状动脉造影检查结果差异,分析U波异常与患者冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果:92例患者中49例患者心电图U波正常,43例患者存在U波倒置,正常组与异常组患者性别、年龄、心绞痛类型、合并症及吸烟等一般资料比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);正常组与异常组冠状动脉病变狭窄程度、表面形态及数量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);异常组患者不同冠状动脉病变狭窄程度、病变支数的U波倒置深度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者不同冠状动脉狭窄程度的U波倒置深度比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);心绞痛患者是否存在U波异常与狭窄程度相关(r=0.842,P<0.05),与病变支数相关(r=0.401,P<0.05),且U波倒置深度与冠状动脉病变狭窄程度相关(r=0.613,P<0.05),与病变支数相关(r=0.802,P<0.05)。结论:心绞痛患者U波异常与冠状动脉病变有关,U波倒置情况可反映患者冠状动脉病变程度。 Objective To analyze the correlation between abnormal U wave and coronary artery disease in patients with angina pectoris.Methods A total of 92 patients with angina pectoris in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected.All patients underwent 24 h dynamic ECG monitoring and coronary angiography.According to the results of ECG monitoring,the patients were divided into two groups:normal group(U wave normal)and abnormal group(U wave inversion).The results of coronary angiography were compared and the correlation between U wave abnormality and coronary artery disease was analyzed.Results Among the 92 patients,49 cases had normal U wave in ECG,and 43 cases had U wave inversion in ECG.There were no significant differences in the data of deformation,age,type of angina pectoris,comorbidities and smoking between normal group and abnormal group(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the coronary artery stenosis degree,surface morphology and quantity between normal group and abnormal group(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the U wave inversion depth of patients with different coronary artery stenosis degree and lesion counts in abnormal group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in the U wave inversion depth of patients with different coronary artery stenosis degree(P>0.05).The presence or absence of U wave abnormalities in patients with angina pectoris were related to stenosis degree(r=0.842,P<0.05)and lesion count(r=0.401,P<0.05),and the U wave inversion depth were related to the coronary artery stenosis degree(r=0.613,P<0.05)and lesion count(r=0.802,P<0.05).Conclusions U wave abnormalities in patients with angina pectoris are related to coronary artery disease.U wave inversion can reflect the degree of coronary artery disease in patients.
