U波的基本特性与形成机制及临床应用 被引量：2

摘要 U波是位于心电图最末尾的一个多变的小而圆钝的波。目前有4个试图解释U波产生的学说:浦肯野纤维的复极波、乳头肌细胞的延迟复极、M细胞的复极以及机械电偶联学说,但4个学说均不能完全解释U波的产生。U波异常可表现为1U波倒置,常见于冠心病、高血压、瓣膜性心脏病等疾病;2U波增高,常见于低钾血症、低镁血症、低体温等;3U波电交替,常提示电不稳定。
