摘要
随着社会的不断发展,教育部门相继出台一系列政策,推动了教育链与产业链、经济链进行相互融合。众所周知,我国的学前教育专业对经济建设、民生的安定都有一定的意义,学前教育专业是社会影响力的根本,因而每一位专业教师都有义务为学前教育专业尽心尽力。在产教融合的背景条件下,培养一批具有高尚师德、理论知识扎实、实践动手能力强的师资队伍是学前教育专业的必然要求,因此需要将专业的创新发展、教师的专业成长、学生的职业提升这三者之间做好相互协调,使其相辅相成。让所有的师生都能够在学校这个大环境之下获得成功,共同成长,展现出自己独有的风采。
With the continuous development of society,the education sector has issued a series of policies to promote the integration of education chain,industry chain,and economic chain. As is known to all,the pre-school education major in our country is of certain significance to economic construction and the stability of people’s livelihood,therefore,every professional teacher has the obligation to make every effort for the pre-school education profession. Under the background of integration of industry and education,it is an inevitable requirement for pre-school education majors to cultivate a group of teachers with high professional ethics,solid theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability,therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the innovative development of specialty,the professional growth of teachers and the professional promotion of students to make them complement each other. Let all teachers and students in the school environment achieve success with common growth,and show their own unique style.
