摘要
伴随“中国制造2025”和工业4.0战略实施,我国物流产业向智慧物流转型升级,高职教育物流人才需求逐渐转变为高素质技术技能型智慧物流专业人才。如何进行产教融合、校企合作,才能在“智能+”大潮下适应企业高质量发展需要和持续健康发展,是我国当前物流人才培养面临的重要课题。基于物流人才培养模式现状分析,在智慧物流人才培养模式构想的基础上,提出了校企双方深度合作的高职智慧物流人才培养模式改革措施。
With the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the Industry 4.0 planning, China's logistics industry is gradually transforming into and upgrading toward the intelligent logistics industry, and the demand for logistics talents of higher vocational education caliber has gradually turned into that for the high- quality technical and skilled intelligent specialized logistics talents. How to implement the industry- education integration and school- enterprise cooperation so as to adapt to the high- quality and sustainable development of the enterprises in the tide of "intelligence+", is an important topic of current relevance for the training of the logistics talents in China. Based on an analysis of the current situation of the training mode of the logistics talents in China, and on the basis of the conception of the intelligent logistics talent training mode, this paper puts forward the measures of reform for the higher vocational training of intelligent logistics talents through the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.
