摘要
赛教融合是近年高职物流实践教学改革的研究方向之一,是产教融合切入点之一。文中基于产教融合背景下,探索提高高职物流实践教学改革的途径:系统设计物流技能大赛体系,利用技能竞赛规范化、标准化实践教学,利用产教融合落地实践教学;开放化、多元化校企合作,拓展赛教融合宽度,从政府政策激励、行业企业开办联合学院等途径入手,互动互惠化长效合作,努力提高赛产教融合、校企合作的效度。
The integration of competition and education is one of the research directions of logistics practice teaching reform in higher vocational colleges in recent years and one of the breakthrough points of production-education integration. Based on the background of production-education integration,this paper explores ways to improve the practical teaching reform of logistics in vocational colleges: Systematic design of logistics skills competition system,the use of skills competition standardized practice teaching,using the integration of production and teaching practice teaching;Open and diversified school-enterprise cooperation,expand the width of integration of competition and education,start from government policy incentives,industrial enterprises to set up joint colleges and other ways,interactive and reciprocal long-term cooperation,and strive to improve the validity of integration of competition、industry and education、school-enterprise cooperation.
