摘要
从生态流量概念的提出、演化和内涵与外延等方面,对生态流量的概念进行解析。提出了概念演化的两大体系,一是以生态需水量为代表,用时段总水量表征流量的概念体系;二是以河湖生态流量为代表,用瞬时流量表征的概念体系。探讨了生态流量的本质属性,包括质与量统一性、可再生性与流动性、时空异质性、阈值性与适宜性等,指出生态流量是维持生态与环境系统的结构与功能所需特定的河水流量。归纳总结了不同行业部门对生态流量的定义,以及主流的计算方法,包括水文学方法、水力学方法、水文-生物分析法、生境模拟法以及综合法等。
The concept of ecological flow is analyzed from the aspects of raise,evolution,connotation and extension.This paper puts forward two systems of conceptual evolution,one is represented by ecological water demand,and the other is represented by river and lake instantaneous flow.This paper discusses the essential attributes of ecological flow,including unity of quality and quantity,renewable mobility,spatial-temporal heterogeneity,threshold and suitability,and points out that ecological flow is the specific river flow needed to maintain the structure and function of ecological and environmental system.This paper summarizes the definition of ecological flow in different industries,as well as the mainstream calculation methods,including hydrological method,hydraulic method,hydrological-biological analysis method,habitat simulation method and comprehensive method.
