摘要
河流生态流量是保障河流生态功能的关键指标,也是进行河流生态健康评价以及生态修复工作的重要依据。生态流量监测是生态水文响应以及水资源优化配置的前提,是确保生态流量过程的重要手段。由于河流特性差异,不同生态流量监测方法将直接影响其监测结果,从监测效果、监测范围、监测精度及实时性方面对比分析国内外河流生态流量监测方法,总结当前河流生态流量监测研究中存在的不足及研究展望,并给出可行性建议,以期为未来河流生态流量监测系统的研究与应用提供科学的指导依据。
River ecological flow is a key index for ensuring the ecological functions of rivers,and it is also an important basis for river ecological health assessment and ecological restoration.Ecological flow monitoring is not only a prerequisite for ecohydrological response and optimal allocation of water resources but also an important means of ensuring the process of ecological flow.Due to differences in river characteristics,the ecological flow monitoring method used directly affects the monitoring result.This paper compares domestic and foreign methods of river ecological flow monitoring from the perspectives of monitoring effect,monitoring scope,monitoring accuracy,and real-time performance and summarizes the drawbacks and prospects of current research on river ecological flow monitoring.Feasibility suggestions are also presented to provide scientific guidance for future study and application of river ecological flow monitoring systems.
