摘要
生态环境用水研究是我国生态环境建设中亟待解决的重大问题 ,本文从概念着手 ,系统论述生态环境、生态环境建设、生态环境用水的内涵 ,并对目前存在的一些易混淆概念进行了辨析。介绍了目前研究中有关生态环境用水的计量方法。回顾生态环境用水研究的历史 。
Eco environmental water consumption is a important problems demanding prompt solution in Chinese eco environmental construction. The connotation of eco environment, eco environmental construction and eco environmental water consumption are discussed. Some confused conceptions are analyzed. Methods on eco environmental consumption are introduced. The history of eco environmental consumption research are reviewed and the existing problems are proposed.
