摘要
推进新时代高校立德树人质量一体化建设,就是要健全“为党育人,为国育才”的全员全过程全方位育人体制机制。在逻辑的展开上,“为党育人,为国育才”是立德树人的根本立场和本质要求,谓之“质”;全员全过程全方位育人是立德树人的实践路径和表现形态,谓之“量”。实现“质”与“量”的高度统一,解决好培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这一根本问题,是推进立德树人质量一体化建设的核心要义。
To promote the integration of quality and quantity of moral education in colleges and universities in the new era,is to improve the system and mechanism of“Educating People for the Party and Cultivating Talents for Motherland”.In the logical development,that is the fundamental position and the essential requirements of moral education,which can be called“quality”.The overall personnel,process and omnibearing cultivation is its practice path and expression form,which can be called“quantity”.To realize the high unification of“quality”and“quantity”,and to solve the fundamental problem of who to train,how to train and for whom,is the core of promoting the quality and quantity integration construction.
