摘要
针对泥岩地层盾构施工过程中易出现结泥饼现象,以南宁3号线盾构施工为工程背景,研究了渣土改良关键技术:通过优化刀具配置、改造渣土改良系统以及研究分散剂的最佳配比,防止了渣土黏附在刀盘、土仓及螺旋输送机内部,有效解决了结泥饼和堵塞问题,从而减轻了转动刀盘的运行负荷;同时,通过添加改良剂改善了土体的性能,确保了盾构机排土顺畅,从而提高了掘进速度,并保证了开挖面稳定.研究成果具有一定的应用价值,为类似地层土压平衡盾构施工提供参考和借鉴.
Aiming at the phenomenon of mud cake in the process of shield construction in mudstone strata,the key technology of slag soil improvement was studied with the shield construction of Nanning Line 3 as the engineering background.By optimizing the tool configuration,modifying the slag soil improvement system and studying the optimal ratio of the dispersant,the slag is prevented from adhering to the cutter head,the soil bin and the screw conveyor,and the problems of mud cake and blockage are efectively solved,thereby reducing operating load of rotating cutter head.At the same time,the performance of the soil is improved by adding modifiers,which ensures the smooth discharge of the shield machine,thereby increasing the speed of tunneling and ensuring the stability of the excavation surface.The research results have certain application value,and provide reference for the construction of earth pressure balance shield in similar strata.
