富水砂卵石地层8.6m级大直径盾构带压换刀技术 被引量:1

摘要 土压平衡盾构在成都富水砂卵石地层掘进刀具的磨耗非常严重,因此选择合适的时机进舱对刀具进行检查更换显得尤其重要。在盾构掘进施工中,有时被动停机进行带压作业检查和更换刀具。结合2号中间风井—九江北站盾构区间左右线40m级埋深下带压进舱作业实例,对成都高渗透、大埋深、富水砂卵石地层这种特殊地质所采用的带压进舱作业进行总结,从而形成相关整套施工技术。 The abrasion of the driving tool of EPB shield is very serious in the water rich sandy pebble stratum of Chengdu,so it is very important to select the right time to enter the cabin to check and replace the Shield cutter.In the shield tunneling construction,it is sometimes necessary to stop the machine passively to check the pressure operation and change the cutter.Combining engineering examples,Based on the example of 40 m buried depth in the shield section of no.2 middle wind well and Jiujiang North Station,this paper summarizes the special geological operation of high permeability,large buried depth and rich water sand and pebble strata in Chengdu,thus forming a complete set of construction techniques.
