摘要
为探索芋属作物杂交育种,以保存于广西农业科学院资源圃的芋种质资源为研究材料,对芋属种质资源进行开花调查、授粉杂交和种苗繁育。结果表明,芋属种质资源中10.7%种质资源开花,经过人工授粉的芋杂交亲本产生果实,果实中的种子在MS培养基上萌发率达80%以上,种子萌发后再转移至MS培养基上培养,形成的种苗经过炼苗后出瓶栽培,种苗移栽成活率达80%以上。
In order to explore the hybrid breeding of taro crops,the taro germplasm resources preserved in the germplasms nersery of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences were used as the research materials to investigate the flowering,crossing,and seedling breeding of taro.The results showed that 10.7%of the taro germplasm resources bloomed,and the berries were produced by hybridization of taro parents.The germination rate of the seeds in fruit pulp was more than 80%on MS medium,and the seeds were transferred to MS medium for cultivation after germination.The seedlings were transferred to cultivate in substrate after acclimatization,the survival rate of the seedlings was more than 80%.
