芋头多糖的理化性质及体内免疫调节活性研究 被引量:24

Study on the Physico-chemical Properties and in Vivo Immune Modulation Activity of Polysaccharide from Colocasla Antiquorum

摘要 经水浸提、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法脱蛋白、DEAE-纤维素离子交换色谱分离及Sephadex G-100凝胶色谱纯化,从芋头块茎中获得了一种分子量为65 300的非淀粉中性多糖(TPS),其比旋光度为+154.1(c 0.80,H_2O),特性粘度为14.57×10^(-3)ml/g对TPS体内免疫活性的研究发现,在细胞免疫中TPS对巨吞噬细胞的吞噬作用无影响,在适当剂量下可显著提高体内T淋巴细胞和NK细胞的活性;在体液免疫因子中,TPS对血清溶血素无明显的影响,但等于或高于150mg/(kg·d) A neutral non-starch polysaccharide (IPS) was gotten from Colocasla antiquorum by water extract, ethanol precipita-tion, Sevag deprotein, DKAE-collulose column isolation and Sephadex G-100 gel column purification. Its molecular weight, specific rotation and instrinsic viscosity were 65 300, + 154. 1 (c 0.80, H2O) and 14.57×10-3mL/g respectively.In mice in vivo immune activity assay indicated that TPS had no effect on phagocytolysis, it increased the activities of T splenic lymphocyte and NK cell with a suitable dose.TPS had no effect on serum hemolysin, but could increase the serum IgC content with a dose equal or higher than 150mg/(kg·d).
