摘要 目的:从肉苁蓉药材中提取、分离、纯化肉苁蓉多糖,并对其进行分析。方法:采用95%乙醇脱脂、水提醇沉得粗多糖,Sephadex柱层析精制多糖;用薄层层析鉴定其单糖组成,测定其比旋光度和紫外光谱对多糖的纯度进行鉴定。结果:该多糖的紫外光谱只有单一峰位、其不同浓度乙醇的沉淀物比旋光度一致。结论:用此方法分离纯化的多糖为均一组分。 Objective: To extract, separate and purify polysaccharide from Cistanche deserticola. Method: Cistanche deserticola was defatted with 95% ethanol, then extracted with water and refined by Sephadex column chromatography to obtain polysaccharide. The polysaccharide was determined using TLC for its composition, specific rotation and using UV for its purification. Results: UV spectrum only showed a single spike and specific rotation of aniso-density alcoholic deposition was consistent. Conclusion: The polysaccharide was homogenous in composition.
