摘要 针对海上H油田油井储层堵塞原因复杂、堵塞物种类多样以及常规土酸和盐酸解堵增产措施效果较差等问题,研制了一种新型多元复合酸化解堵液体系,主要由新型多元鳌合酸、防膨剂、缓蚀剂、助排剂以及互溶剂组成。室内评价了该酸化解堵液体系的综合性能,结果表明:该酸化解堵液体系具有良好的溶蚀能力,对目标油田现场无机垢的溶蚀率达到90%,对有机垢的溶蚀率达到85%以上;该酸化解堵液体系对目标区块储层段岩屑的防膨率达到90%以上,对油井现场套管钢的腐蚀速率仅为0.7132 g/(m^2·h),有良好的防膨效果和缓蚀效果;该酸化解堵液体系对目标区块储层天然岩心的解堵效果较好,可以使天然岩心的渗透率恢复值达到100%以上,能在解除岩心孔隙内堵塞物的同时,改善岩心基质渗透率。该体系的酸化解堵效果优于常规土酸和盐酸,具有较好的推广应用前景。 Aiming at the problems of complicated plugging causes,various types of plugging materials and poor effect of conventional mud acid and hydrochloric acid plugging and stimulation measures in offshore H oil field,a new multi-component compound acidizing and plugging removing fluid system is developed,which is mainly consisted of new multi-component chelate acid,anti-swelling agent,corrosion inhibitor,drainage aid and mutual solvent,etc.The comprehensive properties of the acid system are evaluated.The results show that the acidizing and plugging removing fluid system has good dissolution performance,the dissolution rate to the inorganic scale and organic scale in the target oilfield can reach 90%and 85%,respectively,the anti-expansion rate of the system to the rock cuttings in the reservoir section of the target block can reach over 90%,and the corrosion rate to the casing steel in the oil well field is only 0.7132 g/(m^2·h),which shows that the system has good anti-swelling and anti-corrosion effect.In addition,the system has good effect on the removal of plugging in the natural core of the reservoir in the target block,which can make the permeability recovery value of the natural core reach more than 100%.It can not only remove the plugging in the core pores,but also improve the permeability of the core matrix.The effect of acid removal is better than that of conventional mud acid and hydrochloric acid,which has good prospect of popularization and application.
