采油井强络合缓速酸解堵增产技术研究与试验

Research and experiment on stimulation technology of strong complex retarded acid plugging removal in production wells

摘要 为了解决酸化解堵技术存在的问题,开展了采油井强络合缓速酸解堵增产技术研究与试验。通过室内实验研究,确定了适用于采油井的强络合缓速酸配方体系。该体系反应速度慢、穿透距离远,可以降低酸液破碎率,提高酸液长期络合性能,降低伤害,解决了常规排液酸化解堵施工过程中残酸易产生二次沉淀、固体转向剂伤害储层等问题。试验结果表明,采用采油井强络合缓速酸解堵增产技术后,初期平均单井日增液量为2.9t,平均单井日增油量为1.7t。与同等条件返排酸化井相比,成本不增加,效果相当,具有较好的推广应用前景。 In order to solve the problems of acidizing and plugging removal technology,the research and experiment on stimulation technology of strong complex retarded acid plugging removal in oil production wells were carried out.Through indoor experimental research,the formulation system of strong complex retarded acid suitable for oil production wells was determined.The system had slow reaction speed and long penetration distance,which could reduce the acid breaking rate,improve the long-term complexation performance of acid,reduce the damage,and solve the problems of secondary precipitation of residual acid,so as to reduce damage to the reservoir by solid diverting agent during the conventional drainage and acid plugging removal operation.The test results showed that the average daily fluid increase of a single well in the initial stage is 2.9t,and the average daily oil increase of a single well is 1.7t after using the stimulation technology of strong complex retarded acid plugging removal in oil production wells.Compared with flow-back acidizing wells under the same conditions,the cost is same and the effect is equivalent.It has a good prospect of popularization and application.
