摘要
针对海上油田平台空间有限的问题,研发出一种新型自生酸体系。该体系由多聚甲醛、盐类2部分组成,在地面分开配制,配制好的溶液均呈中性,在井下混合后生成酸液,具有优良的缓速性能。通过实验确定了多聚甲醛溶液、2种盐溶液的最佳浓度以及自生酸处理液的配方,评价了自生酸的缓速、缓蚀性能和岩心解堵性能。实验结果表明,该酸液具有良好的缓速、缓蚀及解除地层污染的能力,可以用平台上的泥浆池和泥浆泵进行配液和挤注,不仅解决了平台空间不足的难题,而且很大程度地简化了施工工艺,为海上油田酸化解堵提供了一种新的方式。
Tight space in offshore drilling platform always hinders the timely performance of conventional acidification job because of large spaces needed for the placement of acidification equipment and additives. A new self-born acid system was formulated to solve this problem. Neutral solutions of paraformaldehyde and salts are prepared onshore separately, and acid are generated after mixing of the two solutions downhole. Laboratory experiments were done to determine the optimum concentrations of paraformaldehyde and two salts solutions, and the formulation of the self-born acid. Experimental evaluation showed that this self-born acid had very good retarding, corrosion inhibiting performance, and effectively removed core plugging. The self-born acid can be prepared and injected using mud pits and mud pumps on the platform, solving the space problem on a platform and simplifying the acidification operation.
