摘要
针对滤饼清洗的特点,开发出一种新型的非酸性氧化型复配清洗剂,其主剂WJF-7为自行研制的一种有机过氧化物,其与高分子量聚合物接触时可产生氧自由基来氧化聚合物,使聚合物断链变为小分子的有机物而失去黏性,并将聚合物包裹黏附的膨润土、细目碳酸钙等无机物释放出来以便于清洗。通过利用自制的滤饼清洗装置进行研究,得到的最佳清洗液配方为:水+3%WJF-7+3%NaOH+0.03%十二烷基苯磺酸钠+0.5%三聚磷酸钠,用其清洗后滤饼的失重率最高达97.21%;得到的最佳清洗工艺:清洗时间为1 h,清洗流速为0.30 m/s,温度为70℃。滤饼清洗烘干后,通过做表面形貌的SEM和EDS分析,研究了清洗的机理。
A new non-acidic oxidizing mud cake washing agent is developed based on the understanding of mud cake's characteristics.This washing agent is a compound of several additives,the main additive,WJF-7,being a synthesized organic peroxide.WJF-7,when in contact with high molecular weight polymers,produces oxygen free radical to oxidize polymers to short chain low molecular weight polymers.Polymers thus lose their viscosity and release the wrapped bentonite and fine calcium carbonate particles,and the particles are hence easy to be washed away.An engineered washing fluid formula is:water + 3%WJF-7 + 3%NaOH + 0.03%sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonatc + 0.5%sodium tripolyphosphate.The highest percent weight loss of mud cake washed with this washing fluid is 97.21%.Optimized washing parameters are:washing time 1h,flow velocity for washing 0.30 m/h,and temperature for washing,70℃.Mechanism of mud cake washing is studied using SEM and EDS on dried washed mud cakes.
