摘要
文中对晋江市五种不同组分的制鞋废料进行工业分析。实验表明,制鞋废料的平均挥发分与生物质相当,热值与煤炭相近,热能回收潜力高。此外,进一步采用热重分析技术,研究制鞋废料中不同组分鞋材随温度升高的变化规律。通过对TG曲线及燃烧特征参数的分析和研究,总结出制鞋废料的燃烧特性,为制鞋废料工业化应用提供了基础数据。
In this paper,the industrial analysis of five different components of shoemaking waste in Jinjiang City is carried out.The results show that the average volatilization of shoemaking waste is equal to that of biomass,the calorific value is similar to that of coal,and the potential of heat recovery is high.In addition,thermogravimetry was used to study the change of different components of shoe materials with the increase of temperature.Based on the analysis and research of TG curve and combustion characteristic parameters,the combustion characteristics of shoemaking waste are summarized,which provides basic data for the industrial application of shoemaking.
