摘要
文中使用热重分析法研究生物质成型燃料的热解性质。结果显示,生物质成型燃料的热解过程主要分为三个阶段:失水干燥、快速热解与缓慢失重。当升温速度从5K/min逐渐升高至30K/min时,最大热解速率由-3.72%/min逐步上升至-19.41%/min,这说明提高升温速度对热解有利,热解曲线向高温区移动。采用Coats-Redfern模型对成型燃料的热解过程进行拟合,发现一级动力学模型可描述成型燃料的热解过程,且活化能在58k J/mol^69k J/mol之间,表明生物质成型燃料的热解过程很容易进行。
The pyrolysis characteristics of biomass pellet fuel (BPF) has been investigated by thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the pyrolysis of BPF was divided into three periods: dehydration, rapid pyrolysis and slow weight loss. When the heating rate increases from 5 K/min to 30 K/min, the max pyrolysis rate increases from -3.72%/min to -19.41%/min, and the pyrolysis curve moved to the higher temperature region. The matching computation was carried out to analyze pyrolysis of BPF with the Coats-Redfern method, and the main pyrolysis process can be described by the frst-order kinetic model with the activation energy of 58kJ/mol-69kJ/mol.
