摘要 NOx是垃圾焚烧的主要大气污染物之一。垃圾焚烧过程中生成的NOx主要来自燃料型NOx。目前控制NOx的技术主要分为两类:燃烧过程控制技术和烟气脱硝技术。燃烧过程控制技术是指在燃烧过程中抑制NOx的生成,以达到减少NOx的目的。影响NOx生成以及排放的因素很多,如焚烧炉型、垃圾组分、燃烧温度、过量空气系数和一二次风的配比等;要想有效地控制NOx的排放,就必须清楚这些因素对NOx生成的影响。烟气脱硝技术是对已生成的NOx进行脱除,包括SCR和SNCR两种技术。主要对垃圾焚烧中影响NOx生成的因素进行了分析,同时对烟气处理技术进行了概述。 NOxis one of the major air pollutants in the process of waste incineration. During the process of waste incineration,NOxmainly comes from the fuel- NOxmechanism. NOxcontrol technologies can be divided into two categories,combustion process control technology and flue gas denitrification technology. Combustion process control technology refers to inhibiting the formation of NOxin the combustion process to achieve the purpose of NOxreduction. There are many factors that affect NOxformation and emission,such as type of incinerator,waste composition,combustion temperature,total excess air and proportion of primary and secondary air. To effectively control NOxemission,how these factors affect NOx formation should be fully understood. Flue gas denitrification technology refers to removing the NOxthat has been formed,including SCR and SNCR technologies. Mainly analyses the factors that affect NOxformation and meanwhile summarizes the flue gas treatment technology.
