摘要
天然产物是新药发现的重要来源,具有多途径、多层次、多靶点和多种生物活性的特点。植物甾醇作为其中一类重要的甾体类化合物,种类繁多,分布广泛,药理活性显著,是一种多功能活性因子,具有保护胃黏膜、抗炎、抗癌、降低胆固醇、抗氧化等功效。胃黏膜损伤是世界范围内的常见病和多发病,几乎所有人在一生中都罹患此疾病,寻找具有保护胃黏膜功能的生物活性物质,已成为人类关注的热点话题之一。本研究概述植物甾醇的理化性质、药理活性及其安全性,并阐述植物甾醇保护胃粘膜及抗消化道肿瘤的活性,为植物甾醇功能性食品、药品地进一步开发提供理论依据。
Natural products are an important source of new drug discovery,with multiple pathways,multiple levels,multiple targets and multiple biological activities.As one of the important steroidal compounds,phytosterols are widely distributed,widely distributed,and have significant pharmacological activities.They are multifunctional active factors that protect the gastric mucosa,anti-inflammatory,anti-cancer,cholesterol and antioxidant.Gastric mucosal injury is a common and frequently-occurring disease worldwide.Almost all people suffer from this disease during their lifetime.Searching for biologically active substances that have the function of protecting the gastric mucosa has become one of the hot topics of human concern.This article outlines the physicochemical properties,pharmacological activities and safety of phytosterols,and describes the activity of plant sterols to protect gastric mucosa and anti-gastrointestinal tumors,provide theoretical basis of further development of plant sterol functional foods and pharmaceuticals.
