摘要
走班制作为贯彻落实国家考试招生制度新政、深化普通高中课程改革、深入推进素质教育、完成立德树人根本任务的重要举措,其顺利实施的前提是普通高中必须变革其原有的课程文化,重构支撑、保障、引领走班制发展的新的课程文化。课程文化变革的实质是构成课程文化的各要素系统深入变革,课程文化各要素的变革既要注重要素间的整体协调,又要突出各自的文化特质,并与走班制的内在价值追求保持一致性,保障、促进、引领走班制的发展,实现走班制与课程文化双向的良性互动,相互促进、互相提升、相得益彰。
Based on the new reform of college entrance examination,the shift class system has become a new normal for the development of average general high school education.Curriculum problem is a culture problem.Culture is the fundamental motivation and significant support of curriculum development.The essence of curriculum reform is the reconstruction of curriculum culture.In order to carry out the new policy of national examination and enrollment system,deepen the curriculum reform of average senior high school,promote the quality education,and complete the basic task of moral education,the premise of its smooth implementation is that the average senior high school must change its original curriculum culture,reconstruct the new curriculum culture that supports,guarantees and leads the development of the shift class system.The essence of the reform of curriculum culture is the systematic and in-depth reform of the elements that constitute the curriculum culture.The reform of the elements of curriculum culture should not only pay attention to the overall coordination among the elements,but also highlight their own cultural characteristics as well as keep pace with the pursuit of the intrinsic value of the shift class system,to guarantee,promote and lead the development of the shift class system,and to realize the two-way positive interaction between the shift class system and the curriculum culture.Promote and enhance them with each other.The two complements can benefit one another.
