摘要
以广西北部湾经济区为研究对象,通过构建耦合协调度模型,分别从时空两个维度对人口、资源环境、社会发展、经济发展承载力4个要素系统的耦合协调性进行研究,结果表明:(1)时间上,2006-2017年广西北部湾经济区整体耦合协调度呈现逐渐上升的趋势,由初级协调向中级协调转变,发展态势日趋良好;(2)空间上,各市耦合协调度呈现西北部高,东南部低的空间差异特征,且逐渐呈现出四个等级协调发展类型,其特征与各城市经济发展趋势相吻合。提出引导人口合理流动、提升城市人居住环境质量、转变经济发展方式,发展战略性新兴产业等提高耦合协调度的建议。
Taking the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone of Guangxi as the research object,his paper studies the coupling and coordination of the four factor systems of population,resources and environment,social development and economic development carrying capacity from two dimensions of time and space by constructing the coupling and coordination model.The results show that:(1)In terms of time,from 2006 to 2017,the overall coupling and coordination degree of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone shows a gradual upward trend,from primary coordination to intermediate coordination,and the development trend is becoming better and better.(2)Spatially,the overall coupling coordination degree is high in the northwest and low in the southeast.and gradually presents four types of coordinated development,which are consistent with the economic development trend of each city.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the coupling and coordination degree,such as guiding the rational population flow,improving the quality of urban living environment,transforming the mode of economic development,and developing strategic emerging industries.
