摘要
以辽宁理工职业学院测绘地理信息技术专业现代学徒制试点专业为研究载体,结合现代学徒制评价考核标准,分析了现代学徒制的协同育人机制、人才培养标准、教学资源配置、管理保障机制以及考核评价标准等。针对双主体育人在上述五方面的建设要点,提出了现代学徒制"四横五纵"立体化人才培养模式,并在该试点应用实践,力争培养出具备职业素质与职业技能、工匠精神与创新创业能力并重的现代学徒制人才,实现职业教育与培训体系的纵向贯通。
Taking the modern apprenticeship pilot program of surveying and mapping geographic information technology specialty of Liaoning Polytechnic Vocational College as the research carrier and combining with the evaluation and assessment standards of modern apprenticeship,this paper analyzes the cooperative education mechanism,talent training standards,teaching resources allocation,management guarantee mechanism and assessment standards of modern apprenticeship.According to the key points of construction of double main body education,it proposes the modern apprenticeship"four-horizontal and five-vertical"three-dimensional training mode,strives to cultivate modern apprenticeship talent with professional quality and professional skills,craftsmanship spirit and innovative and entrepreneurial ability,and realize the vertical connection of vocational education and training system.
