摘要
现代学徒制是企业与学校深度合作,深化产教融合的教育制度。校企合作课程体系建设是实现现代学徒制的重要内容之一。从校企合作共同探讨课程体系、建设课程内容、共同实施课程及共同考核学徒等方面阐述现代学徒制校企合作课程建设问题,有利于激发学徒学习的积极性、主动性,以培养适应现代企业需要的高素质、核心能力突出的人才。
The modern apprenticeship is an educational system in which enterprises and schools cooperate deeply to deepen the integration of industry and education.The construction of school-enterprise cooperation curriculum system is one of the important means to realize modern apprenticeship.This paper expounds the constructive problems of school-enterprise cooperation curriculum of modern apprenticeship from the aspects of school-enterprise cooperation to discuss the curriculum system,the construction of building curriculum content,the joint implementation of curriculum and the joint assessment of apprentices,which is conducive to stimulating the enthusiasm and initiative of apprentice learning,so as to cultivate high-quality talents with outstanding core competence to meet the needs of modern enterprises.
