摘要
随着供给侧结构持续改革,高技能人才成为我国经济实现转型升级的重要因素之一.现代社会中更加注重技术研发与产品升级,因此,对高技能人才提出更为严格的要求.当前,各个行业高技能人才供给出现与市场需求不匹配现象,高校工匠精神教育理念较为落后,教学中理论与实践相脱节现象频发,严重影响高技能人才培养进程.因此,在工匠精神引领背景下,需要高校及社会广泛关注人才培养模式,积极推进人才培养工作有序进行,真正为建设人才强国提供有力理论支撑.
With the continuous reform of the supply side structure, high skilled talents have become one of the important factors for China’s economic transformation and upgrading. In modern society, more attention is paid to technology research and development and product upgrading. Therefore, more strict requirements are put forward for highly skilled talents. At present,the supply of high skilled talents in various industries does not match the market demand, the concept of craftsman spiritual education in colleges and universities is relatively backward, and the phenomenon of disconnection between theory and practice in teaching occurs frequently, which seriously affects the training process of high skilled talents. Therefore, under the guidance of craftsman spirit, universities and the society need to pay more attention to the talent training mode, actively promote the orderly progress of talent training, and truly provide a strong theoretical support for building a talent country.
