摘要
创新高等职业院校人才培养模式,培养具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才,既是高等职业教育人才培养目标,也是高等职业教育为辽宁再振兴服务的首要任务。从高职人才培养机制的重要性进行分析,针对在辽宁老工业基地新一轮全面振兴的大背景下,辽宁高职院校如何创新人才培养模式,加速学校内涵式发展等方面进行研究,建立高职院校新型培养模式,培养出真正具有工匠精神的高素质技能型人才,从而为辽宁老工业基地新一轮全面振兴提供强有力的支持。
To innovate the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges and cultivate high quality skilled talent with craftsmanship spirit is not only the training target of higher vocational education,but also the primary task of higher vocational education to serve the revitalization of Liaoning province.This paper analyzes the importance of higher vocational talent training,and conducts research on innovating talent training mode and accelerating the connotative development of colleges in terms of the revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base.It proposes establishing the new training mode in higher vocational colleges,and cultivating high quality skilled talent with craftsmanship to provide powerful support and guarantee for the the revitalization of Liaoning old industrial base.
