摘要
高职院校是我国教育体系中的重要组成部分,其在结合国家、地方政策及社会需求的基础上,准确定位自身角色,以培养高素质实用型专业人才为育人目标。当前我国经济发展已经步入高质量发展阶段,对人才培养提出了更高的要求,在此背景下民办高职院校教育亟须改革。民办高职院校培育工匠精神,有利于学校的转型、学生综合素质的提高。该文具体就民办高职院校工匠精神的培育途径进行介绍。
As an important part of China's education system,higher vocational colleges aim to cultivate practical and construction-oriented talents.Based on the combination of national and local policies and social needs,they accurately position themselves,in order to cultivate high-quality talents for social development.At present,China's economic development has entered a stage of high-quality development,and higher requirements are placed on talents.Higher vocational colleges are in urgent need of reform.The cultivation of"craftsman spirit"in private higher vocational colleges is beneficial to the transformation of colleges and the improvement of the comprehensive quality of students.This paper specifically introduces the cultivation methods of"craftsman spirit"in private higher vocational colleges.
